A storage device based on a flash memory according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a flash memory which stores data; and a memory controller connected to the flash memory through a data strobe line and a plurality of data lines, wherein the memory controller provides a read enable signal (nRE) to the flash memory when operating the reading, and the flash memory receives the read enable signal (nRE), and controls a first M cycle of a data strobe signal (DQS) which is provided to the memory controller through the data strobe line. |
