A method of treating cachexia comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of Formula (I): to a patient, wherein a double line consisting of a broken line and a solid line represents a double bond or single bond, R1 represents C4-C7 cycloalkylalkyl, R2 represents C1-C5 linear or branches alkyl, and B represents —CH═CH— or a pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salt thereof.
