<p>The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing candied abalone capable of minimizing the loss of nutrients so as to prepare high qualified abalone punch. The manufacturing method using a fresh abalone comprises: removing shells and the viscera from a fresh abalone; steaming and desalting the abalone using fresh water; and seasoning and hard-boiling the abalone with purified water and sugars. The manufacturing method using a dried abalone comprises: removing foreign substances of the dried abalone and desalting the abalone using fresh water; and seasoning and hard-boiling the abalone with purified water and sugars.</p> |
