<p>An embodiment of the present invention provides a power converting device and an energy storage system to aim at efficient power storage and generation. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the power converting device comprises: a power storage part to charge a voltage from a system; a conversion part to convert a voltage between the system and the power storage part; and a control part to control the operation of the system, the power storage part, and the conversion part by measuring the voltage of the system.</p> |
