<p>The present invention relates to an LED lighting apparatus having a hybrid independent power generating system for pedestrian safety and, more particularly, to an LED lighting apparatus having a hybrid independent power generating system for pedestrian safety capable of informing a driver of a crosswalk located in the front, and being operated by an independent power. The LED lighting apparatus for pedestrian safety comprises: a control module for controlling a power generating module which is installed in a street light; a detecting unit installed at both sides of the crosswalk, and sensing a passing car; a monitoring unit for monitoring situations of the crosswalk; and a lighting control unit for controlling the lighting of the street light according to a signal transmitted from the detecting unit. In addition, the street light has a warning means for warning dangers according to the signal transmitted from the detecting unit and an image transmitted from the monitoring unit. At least the one monitoring unit is installed in a length direction of the crosswalk at both sides of crosswalk to be synchronized, and the lighting control unit has a lighting managing data according to the detecting signal transmitted from the detecting unit.</p> |
