<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for treating a pretreated material mounted on a container accommodating a treated material and a pretreated material to control discharge of a pretreated material in one direction of the container; and a method for treating a pretreated material using the same. The apparatus for treating a pretreated material comprises: a skimmer arranged at a distance away from the upper part of a container and having a slag skimmer whose one side is arranged in a crossing direction on the upper surface of the container; and a magnetic generator arranged while surrounding at least a part outside the container. Moreover, the present invention has effects of easily treating a pretreated material while suppressing outflow of a treated material by inducing the treated material in the opposite direction of the tilted direction of a container before or after a step of tilting the container by preparing the container accommodating the treated material and the pretreated material. Therefore, the present invention has effects of suppressing and preventing a collision between a skimmer and a ladle, and reducing load of equipment by reducing the moving width in the vertical direction of a skimmer for pushing slag outside the ladle; reducing the number of exchanging a slag skimmer by reducing contact time between molten iron and a slag skimmer; shortening the time of preliminary treating molten iron by reducing an area removing slag as slag is guided to an outlet (the front side of a ladle) of a ladle by guiding the molten iron to the rear side of the ladle; and solving the problem of costs due to the operation of facilities, and dropping the temperature of molten iron by increasing the preliminary treating time.</p> |
