In the present invention, disclosed are alkali aluminosilicate glass which is light, and is appropriate for chemical strengthening treatment, and a preparing method thereof. The glass according to an embodiment of the present invention is alkali aluminosilicate glass which contains 63.5-75% of SiO_2; 15.5-24% of Al_2O_3; 11-20% of Na_2O; 0-3% of K_2O; 0.2-0.9% of CaO; 1-8% of SrO; and 1.5-8% of ZrO_2, to be expressed by weight% with respect to an oxide. |
