<p>According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for transmitting/receiving data by a user terminal of a mobile communications system comprises the steps of: receiving traffic offloading-related information from a base station; determining whether to perform traffic offloading to a different network based on the traffic offloading-related information; transmitting a message to offload traffic determined based on the traffic offloading-related information to a packet data network gateway (P-GW) if it is determined to perform the traffic offloading; and performing the traffic offloading to the different network. By using the proposed method, the base station can efficiently offload terminals within the base station to a wireless LAN even without an ANDSF server, while minimizing the effect to existing specifications.</p> |
