An rainwater treatment and filtering device in accordance with the present invention includes an initial rainwater removal tube; a floating ball inside the upper and lower rainwater removal tubes with upper and lower openings; a bottom opening cover that opens and shuts the bottom opening in the initial rainwater removal tube; an initial rainwater removal unit on the side of the initial rainwater removal tube that includes the initial rainwater removal tube and drains water in the tube; a screen body whose one side is attached with the rainwater inflow tube and the other side with the rainwater outflow tube and that is connected with the upper opening in a detachable fashion; and a screen unit that includes the screen filtering out debris from the water from the rainwater inflow tube installed inside the screen body. The initial rainwater treatment and filtering device in accordance with the present invention can separate initial rainwater from later rainwater by moving the floating ball if a certain amount of rainwater can be collected in the initial rainwater removal tube with a separate floating ball. In this case, the screen can filter out debris in the water, with large-sized debris moved to the bottom to be removed separately. In addition, the initial rainwater removal unit and the screen unit can be arranged to be separated. The initial rainwater removal unit may be located at the top, and the screen unit may be located on the bottom if necessary. |
