The control assembly (1) has stimulation electrodes and sensors for measuring signals, such that stimulation electrodes are adapted to be introduced into pelvic cavity during an operation. The sensors (8) are provided for measurement of bladder function such as bladder pressure and for measurement of activity of sphincter muscle of anus respectively. Other sensors are provided for measuring the activity of sphincter electromyography (EMG) measurement.
