1. A millimeter-scale drug delivery device (DDD) comprising:
A biodegradable polymeric matrix comprising a mixture of polylactic acid (PLA) and polyglycolic acid (PGA), wherein the PLA:PGA ratio is 50:50, or between 65:35 and 95:5, inclusive; and An RNAi (RNA interference) agent incorporated within said biodegradable polymeric matrix, wherein the RNAi agent comprises a sense strand and an antisense strand, and wherein the sequences of the sense strand and the antisense strand target a gene sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO: 14 (NETO2), SEQ ID NO: 20 (PTPRA), and SEQ ID NO: 31 (Brd4). |
