<p>The present invention relates to an assembly-type tension pulley capable of maintaining the tension of a belt mounted between a driving pulley and a driven pulley to a certain level consistently by supporting the belt in the state of being pressed. The assembly-type tension pulley comprises: a bush body having a bearing housing part on the inner wall thereof; a support tube having the bush part fixed to be inserted into the hollow part thereof, and having a belt support part on the outer wall thereof; and a bearing installed in the bearing housing part, and allowing the idling of the bush member when fixing the bush member to a shaft. The support tube having the bush body inserted into the hollow part thereof has fixing ring parts. The fixing ring parts fix the both ends of the bush body housed in the hollow part as they are inwardly protruded to the inner diameter of the support tube when the outer diameter of the support tube is pressed. The inwardly protruding fixing ring parts are fixed to the ends of the bush body respectively, so the bush body inserted into the hollow part can be fixed.</p> |
