PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart, to a contact address in an address book, a tag of information characterizing a communication destination which can give new awareness to the communication destination.SOLUTION: An address book automatic tag imparting device 200 comprises: an information acquisition unit 210 for acquiring, from inside and outside the device as information to be analyzed, communication information pertaining to communication performed between a terminal 100 having an address book 110 and one or more communication destinations and/or dispatch information about the dispatching of a message to a network by the one or more communication destinations; a tag candidate extraction unit 230 for analyzing the information to be analyzed acquired by the information acquisition unit 210 and extracting, for each communication destination as a tag candidate, a word characterizing the communication destination; a tag selection unit 240 for selecting, for each communication destination, a tag to be imparted to the communication destination from among the tag candidates extracted by the tag candidate extraction unit 230; and a tag imparting unit 260 for imparting the tag selected by the tag selection unit 240 to the communication destination in the address book 110. |
