PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus bar unit that can be miniaturized while reducing a cost of manufacture, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same, and a brushless motor comprising the same.SOLUTION: A bus bar unit for feeding power to a coil of a plurality of phases, comprises: bus bars 47U, 47V, and 47W for the respective phases provided for the respective phases and connected with a winding start end part of the coil; and a bus bar 81 for a neutral point connected with a winding terminal end part of the coil. The bus bar 81 for a neutral point is formed by bending processing of a long plate-like member so that a width direction of the plate-like member is accorded with a radial direction of the bus bar unit, and comprises a plurality of bus bar pieces 82, and a coupling part 83 coupling between the adjacent bus bar pieces 82 and 82. A width of a deformation part 85 of the coupling part 83 is narrower than that of the bus bar piece 82. |
