PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network system in which only when a user instructs a shift destination to an equipment management server without operating an equipment management agent in a network environment of customers, it is possible to achieve a safe shift between the customers of the agent.SOLUTION: A management server system 103 accepts a shift instruction between tenants of an agent device 107, and generates a symmetric key constituted of a first key and a second key, and makes a response with the second key to the agent device 107, and when the agent device 107 makes a shift request of the tenant, verifies signature information included in the shift request by using the first key, and when the verification of the signature information is successful, transmits new authentication information for communication between the management server system 103 and the agent device 107 to the agent device 107. The agent device 107 whose tenant has been shifted communicates with the management server system 103 by using the new authentication information. |
