AIR FOIL HAVING A LOW ANGLE HOLE AND ITS PUNCHING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for punching a flow passage of shallow angle to an air foil by an effective and high reliable system.SOLUTION: An air foil includes a diffuser part (302) formed at an outer surface (210) of the air foil. The diffuser part (302) is defined by at least an outer surface (308) and an inner surface (306) that merge to each other at an outlet port (320). The air foil also includes a flow inlet part (304) formed at an inner surface (212) of the air foil. The flow inlet part (304) includes an inlet port (324). The air foil further includes a cooling flow passage (322) extending from the diffuser part (302) through the air foil to the flow inlet part (304). The cooling flow passage (322) defines the outlet port (320) and the inlet port (324).
