<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress adverse effects on a plurality of circuit units caused by a reference voltage varied due to power supply noise.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device, which generates a reference voltage by a reference voltage generation circuit and uses the generated identical reference voltage for voltage generation in a plurality of circuit units, includes: a sample hold circuit for the reference voltage for providing the reference voltage to the circuit units; and a sample hold control circuit that controls the sample hold circuit. The sample hold control circuit instructs the sample hold circuit to perform a sampling operation of the reference voltage if the semiconductor device operates in a state where power supply noise of the reference voltage generation circuit is in within a predetermined range; and instructs the sample hold circuit to perform a hold operation of the reference voltage if the semiconductor device operates in a state where the power supply noise is outside the predetermined range.</p> |
