<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for preventing the occurrence of short circuit between an end face of a positive electrode layer and an end face of a negative electrode layer in a unit cell structure.SOLUTION: An all-solid battery has a unit cell structure including a positive electrode layer 12, a negative electrode layer 13, and a solid electrolytic layer 11. In the unit cell structure, a stepped portion 3 is formed by displacing at least a part of one end face of an end face 12a of the positive electrode layer 12 and an end face 13a of the negative electrode layer 13 from the other end face in a plane direction of the electrode layers; the distance between the end face 12a of the positive electrode layer 12 and the end face 13a of the negative electrode layer 13 is widened according to the displacement. Thus, the end face 12a of the positive electrode layer 12, and the end face 13a of the negative electrode layer 13, which are not covered with the solid electrolytic layer 11, can be prevented from being brought into contact with each other, causing arc discharge or the like through the outside of an end face 11a of the solid electrolytic layer 11 thereby resulting in short circuit.</p> |
