PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl chloride resin composition, a vinyl chloride resin powder slush molded article and a resin laminate having excellent characteristics, and to provide methods for producing these.SOLUTION: Provided are a vinyl chloride resin composition and a vinyl chloride resin powder slush molded article comprising: 100 pts.wt. of vinyl chloride resin particles comprising a vinyl chloride resin having an average degree of polymerization of 1500 or more and an average particle diameter of 50 to 500μm; 110 to 150 pts.wt. of a trimellitic acid-based plasticizer which is an alkyl ester; and fine vinyl chloride resin particles having an average particle diameter of 0.01 to 50μm, which is less than the average particle diameter of the above-mentioned vinyl chloride resin particles. Relative to a total amount of the alkyl groups of the trimellitic acid-based plasticizer, a ratio of an amount of a C8 alkyl group is 95 mol% or more.
