摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precursor amino acid of a neurotransmitter capable of showing a physiologic activity or a pharmacological activity as a precursor of neurotransmitter and being detected at high selectivity in organism and to provide a probe for multiple resonance showing the physiologic activity or the pharmacological activity as the precursor of neurotransmitter and being tracked a process of metabolic reactions in organism and further being detected at high selectivity in organism.SOLUTION: There is provided a precursor amino acid of neurotransmitter represented by the formula (I), where Rrepresents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms which may have a substituent, an aryl group having 6 to 12 carbon atoms which may have a substituent, a heterocyclic group having 3 to 10 carbon atoms which may have a substituent or a carboxylic group, or a probe for multiple resonance containing the precursor amino acid of neurotransmitter as an active ingredient.</p>
