This invention is related to a locking device for a window that is easy to be assembled and repaired without wobbling. The locking device for a window comprises: a frame forming a window; a window installed to be slid from the frame; a housing fixed on the window; a handle that can rotate from the housing; a second latching part installed on the frame; a first latching part that engages or disengages lock with the second latching part through the rotating movement of the handle; and a base supporting the first latching part in the housing in order for the first latching part to rotate. The base includes a rotating groove that allows rotation of the first latching part; and a hook lock part and a front-and-back movement blocking part on one side of the rotating groove located on both sides of the second latching part when the window is closed. |
