PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a toner container capable of reliably recovering toner accumulated on an inner wall of a container body; and an image forming apparatus including the toner container.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 10 is provided with a toner container 50. Toner container 50 includes a container body 60 having a toner transport path 126 that has a supply port 67 for externally supplying the toner. A film member 131 is attached to an inclined wall 128 that is inclined toward inside of the container body 60 from the toner transport path 126. A step portion 134 is formed at an edge portion of the inclined wall 128 on a front side. In order to increase a vibration width of the film member 131 on its front edge, the step portion 134 forms an air gap 135 between itself and the film member 131.
