PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a conventional practice in which a ball actually thrown or a ball flew is hit, captured and kicked, and dynamic visual acuity is strengthened and technical improvement is aimed, however the dynamic visual acuity cannot be efficiently strengthened by this practice method.SOLUTION: A winding-up device 3 and a sheave 5 are attached to a rod 2, and a pin 6 is attached so that a rope 4a may not come off from the sheave. The rope 4a is wound around the winding-up device and a through twist 7 is attached to the sheave, and then a rope 4b having a pointed rod 8 with scales 9 set is attached to the twist. A container 12 is installed under the tip of the rod, and a water gage 14 is installed in the side surface. Clay 13 is spread on the bottom of the container and water 11 is placed therein. When sitting down on a chair, a rod receiver 1 is fixed to a chair and used as a fulcrum. A height 10 of a water surface is assumed x by changing the quantity of water, and the height 15 of the upper end of the container is adjusted by a water gage and assumed +a, and then the practice corresponding to the change is enabled by changing a numeric value. The device is provided for strengthening the dynamic visual acuity by the above constitution. |
