PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a solid oxide fuel battery device in which components in a fuel battery module are air-tightly bonded by using a ceramic adhesive.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method (1) of a solid oxide fuel battery device comprises: an adhesive applying process for applying a ceramic adhesive to a junction so that a flow path guiding a fuel is formed to be air-tight; and a drying and hardening process for drying and hardening the ceramic adhesive. The drying and hardening process includes: a workable hardening step for hardening the ceramic adhesive at a predetermined first temperature to a state where the next manufacturing step can be implemented; and a solvent removal and hardening step implemented after the adhesive applying process and the workable hardening step are repeated a plurality of times. The solvent removal and hardening step further hardens the ceramic adhesive hardened in each workable hardening step by being raised to a second temperature higher than the first temperature and approximately equal to a temperature of fuel cells (16) during an electric power generation operation. |
