PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent gas leakage.SOLUTION: A solid oxide fuel cell comprises: a single cell 1; a cell housing member 2 which houses the single cell 1; a fuel electrode side separator 3 which is laminated on the fuel electrode 11 side of the cell housing member 2 and supplies a fuel gas to a fuel electrode 11; an air electrode side separator 4 which is laminated on the air electrode 13 side of the cell housing member 2 and supplies an oxidant gas to an air electrode 13; and a spacer 5 disposed between the cell housing member 2 and the air electrode side separator 4. The spacer 5 is composed of a spacer 51 for manifold configuration and a spacer 52 for adjustment.
