PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus that can flexibly change an outer shape of an adherend to be formed by adherence of an adhesive body to an adhesive surface while avoiding the adhesive body from becoming larger in dimension in a direction orthogonal to an extruding direction of the adhered body and an inner stopper.SOLUTION: The apparatus, which is designed to store an adhesive body having liquidity and discharge the adhesive body toward an adhesive surface, comprises a storage part and a discharge part (30). The storage part can be deformed so as to flow the adhesive body in the storage part toward the discharge part (30). The discharge part (30) has contact parts (34) that contact the adhesive surface and a plurality of space forming parts (32) arrayed intermittently along a circumference direction. The plurality of space forming parts (32) form, between space forming parts (32) adjacent to each other, a space (C) shaped to allow the adhesive body to be discharged on the adhesive surface to expand further outward, along a discharging direction toward the outside, than the contact parts (34), in a contact state where the contact parts (34) are in contact with the adhesive surface. |
