<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve transient responsiveness of an output signal to an input signal, an output settling time after an output load change, and an overshoot and an undershoot, without adding to the current consumption of a differential amplification circuit.SOLUTION: A differential amplification circuit control device includes: a comparator 30 connected at a non-inverting input terminal to one input terminal of a differential amplification circuit 10, and connected at an inverting input terminal to the other input terminal of the differential amplification circuit to which an output is fed back, to output a voltage depending on an input difference which follows a drop in the output voltage of the differential amplification circuit; a comparator 31 connected at an inverting input terminal to the one input terminal of the differential amplification circuit, and connected at a non-inverting input terminal to the other input terminal of the differential amplification circuit to which the output is fed back, to output a voltage depending on an input difference which follows a rise in the output voltage of the differential amplification circuit; and a high speed function section 32 for increasing a current flowing through a current source transistor of the differential amplification circuit in response to the voltage output from each comparator, to increase an operating speed of the differential amplification circuit.</p> |
