<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display device which can reduce an impact on chromaticity in electrical color mixing.SOLUTION: An organic EL display device comprises: a TFT substrate having a display area in which pixels are arranged in a matrix; and a color filter substrate arranged to face the TFT substrate and having an area, for each of the pixels, through which light with a predetermined wavelength region is transmitted. Each of the pixels of the TFT substrate has: a pair of electrodes 285 and 287; and at least two light-emitting layers 312 and 322 arranged between the pair of electrodes; and an electric charge generation layer 314, having a film thickness that varies depending on the predetermined wavelength region in the corresponding area, which is arranged between at least the two light-emitting layers, and which serves as a layer to generate a pair of positive and negative electric charges.</p> |
