PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dynamically change performance of a standby server while operating a high availability cluster.SOLUTION: A first information processing system comprises a first information processing unit which executes specific service. A second information processing system is communicatively interconnected with the first information processing system and comprises a second information processing unit which, when a specific event occurs in the first information processing system, cooperates with the first information processing unit and takes over the specific service from the first information processing unit to execute the specific service. An information processing device comprises a performance management unit which manages performance of the second information processing unit by executing management operations on the first information processing unit and the second information processing system according to specific order.
