PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film for controlling light ray excellent in weather resistance, stability of shape and mechanical elongation even when exposed to high temperature for long time, and reproductivity of optical property, and to provide a laminate containing the film for controlling light ray.SOLUTION: There is provided a film for controlling light ray containing an olefin-vinyl ester copolymer (A) and a (meth)acrylate resin (B), the olefin-vinyl ester copolymer (A) forms a continuous phase and the (meth)acryl resin (B) forms a dispersion phase, the melting point of the olefin-vinyl ester copolymer (A) is 75 to 110°C, the total content of the olefin-vinyl ester copolymer (A) and the (meth)acryl resin (B) is 51 to 100 vol.%, and a volume ratio represented by the olefin-vinyl ester copolymer (A)/the (meth)acryl resin (B) is 60/40 to 99/1.
