The present invention relates to a camera module and a manufacturing method thereof. The camera module comprises at least one among an auto-focusing actuator including a high-precision coil, and an optical image stabilizer module. The auto-focusing actuator is provided as a chip package by surface-mounting a coil and a semiconductor component on a substrate. The optical image stabilizer module is provided as a chip package by surface-mounting at least one coil on the substrate. According to the present invention, a camera module can be accurately manufactured and mass-produced by using a high-precision coil by producing a coil into a chip package by using a surface mount technology and a laser fusion technology. |
