PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve comfort of operation and smooth operation of an interface.SOLUTION: When a capacitance detection unit 31 detects a shift from a contact state of an operation member 21 which has been touched by a finger of an operator, at a predetermined rotation speed or more detected by a rotation detection unit 32 to a non-contact state, a control unit 15 of an operation apparatus automatically causes a display unit to continue scroll displaying a plurality of display items regardless of a rotation state of the operation member 21 in the non-contact state. The control unit 15 reduces scroll speed of the display items toward zero in a deceleration state according to the rotation speed detected by the rotation detection unit 32 at the time of change of state. |
