PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an activity support device capable of providing an accurate activity amount according to an activity amount actually acquired when a predetermined exercise is performed to a portable terminal possessed by a user who does not have an activity amount measuring device.SOLUTION: A server (30) according to one embodiment of the invention includes an activity amount extraction part (323) that provides activity amount information associated with a predetermined exercise to a portable terminal (20B) possessed by a user when the user performs the predetermined exercise, and an activity amount management part (322) for acquiring another piece of activity amount information from another portable terminal (20A) corresponding to an activity amount meter (10) for measuring an activity amount of another user. The activity amount extraction part (323) provides another piece of activity amount information acquired in the activity amount management part (322) as activity amount information.
