PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to make an application that requires an approval by an electronic mail, by a simple operation.SOLUTION: An information processing system is configured to: transmit data of electronic mail comprising an application template, to an applicant terminal; receive data of reply mail to the transmitted data of electronic mail that includes application contents input by using data of application template; identify an approver for the application content included in the data of reply mail; create an application mail to an approver terminal of the identified approver in a format other than the reply mail format, on the basis of the application content included in the data of reply mail; and transmit the created application mail to the approver terminal of the identified approver.
