<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform trimming at one point so as to obtain high accuracy even when a use temperature range is wide.SOLUTION: In a reference voltage generation circuit 10, a current generation unit 110 generates a reference current which is obtained by adding: a current according to a differential voltage between base-emitter voltages of two bipolar TR. Q/Qhaving different emitter areas; and a current according to a forward voltage of a PN junction. An output unit 100 outputs an output voltage according to the reference current. Field effect Tr. MP1/MP2 are connected in parallel to at least one of the current generation unit 110 and output unit 100. A chopper circuit CH1 can periodically switch the connections of the field effect Tr. MP1/MP2. A control circuit 30 adjusts a first resistor connected to the bipolar Tr. in trimming the reference voltage generation circuit 10 if the output voltage at the time when the chopper circuit CH1 is on is different from an expected value. The control circuit adjusts a second resistor corresponding to the output voltage if the output voltage at the time when the chopper circuit CH1 is off is different from an expected value.</p> |
