<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozonizer having high ozone generation efficiency.SOLUTION: A dielectric 2, such as mica, ceramics or a glass material is provided in the middle of a high voltage electrode 1 having a porous alumina coating 5 formed by coating of the porous alumina coating or anodization and a ground electrode 3 by a silent discharge method.
