PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a transmission parameter that should be transmitted, while securing transmission resistance by means of a TMCC even in the case where there are more transmission parameters which should be transmitted, and where the number of OFDM symbols per OFDM frame is less in comparison with an ISDB-T system.SOLUTION: A data multiplexing/demultiplexing part 10B is configured to give 136 bits for synchronization to a TMCC signal to be outputted in the case where an FFT size is 4k points; to give 64 bits for synchronization to each of TMCC signals to be outputted in the case where the FFT size is 8k points; to give 32 bits for synchronization to each of TMCC signals to be outputted in the case where the FFT size is 16k points; and to give 17 bits for synchronization to the TMCC signal to be outputted in the case where the FFT size is 32k points.
