<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement clinker which can suppress deterioration of long-term strength development of cement even when used as a material for a high-belite-type cement having a high content of MgO.SOLUTION: The cement clinker has a content of 2CaO.SiOof 30-60 mass%, calculated by the Bogue calculation, a content of MgO of 1.5-3.5 mass% and a content of Bao of 0.3-1.5 mass%.
