<p>The present invention relates to a liquid supply valve equipped with a brush for a quantitative supply. More specifically, the said invention supplies a fixated quantity when coating a glue, a paint, copper powder, etc for a heat treatment to various types of components which are used for a machine. The present invention comprises: an indentation block connected to the liquid supply valve which supplies a liquid through a nozzle by an air pressure, having a space portion to make the liquid supply through the nozzle and be located inside by being connected to the nozzle of the liquid supply valve; and a brush for a quantitative supply which can supply a quantitative liquid with the brush having suspension pins where outlet grooves are formed while being connected to the indentation block. The present invention can supply the quantitative liquid through the brush where the suspension pins are connected for the amount of liquid which a user prefers due to the suspension pins having the outlet grooves which discharges a certain amount in order to discharge the liquid, supplied through the nozzle, for the fixed quantity outside. Therefore, the present invention can minimize a rate of defect for the machine components where the liquid is coated, and improve productivity accordingly.</p> |
