PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve visibility of a combined image of the periphery of a mobile object.SOLUTION: An image processing system 15 comprises: an image acquisition unit 19 which acquires plural images obtained by imaging the periphery of a mobile object 10 in a partially overlapping manner; a control information acquisition unit 21 which acquires control information of the mobile object 10; and an image combination unit 22 which combines the plural images to generate the combined image at different combining positions corresponding to the control information.
