PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict both manufacturing load in a plurality of manufacturing processes and a timing when the manufacturing load of the plurality of manufacturing processes occurs.SOLUTION: A manufacturing load and timing prediction apparatus 200, for each predicted passing pattern obtained by applying manufacturing performance data to a decision tree, for an actual passing process pattern, obtains a manufacturing load generation rate by a middle process as a generation rate of a manufacturing load by a manufacturing process. Then, from the generation rate of the manufacturing load by the manufacturing process in each actual passing process pattern obtained for the predicted passing pattern having the same value as a predicted passing pattern obtained by applying order data to the decision tree (manufacturing load generation rate by the middle process) and an order amount, the device obtains a manufacturing load generation amount by the middle process as a generation amount of the manufacturing load by the manufacturing process. Based on the amount, the device obtains a generation amount and generation timing by the middle process by the actual passing process pattern as a generation amount and generation timing by the manufacturing load of the manufacturing process, by the actual passing process pattern. |
