PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase reliability of confirmation work when witnessing move-out.SOLUTION: (C) When witnessing move-out, a terminal 100 stores location information about a tapped area to a storage device 103 in a terminal 100. (D) The terminal 100 extracts captured image and posture information associated with location information matching the location information stored when witnessing move-in with the location information of (C) as a key. (E) The terminal 100 acquires acceleration of the terminal 100 when photographing as posture information and stores it to the storage device 103 in the terminal 100. (F) The terminal 100 extracts a captured image associated with posture information matching the posture information of (D) from captured images of (D) with the posture information of (E) as a key. (G) The terminal 100 performs overlap display of the image of (F) to a screen 101 in a room in video display in (E). (H) A witness captures image of the room which is displayed overlapping an image of the room when witnessing move-in with a camera, and stores the captured image to the storage device 103.
