PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor objects comprehensively and easily.SOLUTION: An individual condition determination device comprises: three-dimensional light measurement means having a field of view toward monitoring objects and for measuring three-dimensional coordinates of each point within the field of view; motion detection means for detecting a predetermined motion of each individual of the monitoring objects according to measurement results obtained by the three-dimensional light measurement means; motion quantification means for quantifying the motion of each individual detected by the motion detection means; and determination means for determining an individual that meets a predetermined condition according to the quantified value of the motion of each individual obtained by the motion quantification means.
