<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow liquid in a head portion 6 to circulate with a simple structure without requiring a complicated control system.SOLUTION: A liquid spray unit 1 comprises: a circulating unit 2 having two liquid chambers 8, a first liquid chamber 8a and a second liquid chamber 8b, and a liquid pump 3 for feeding liquid between the first liquid chamber 8a and the second liquid chamber 8b; a communication flow passage 4 that is connected to a supply passage 5 for supplying liquid and communicates the first liquid chamber 8 and the second liquid chamber 8b with each other; and a head portion 6 having two connection ports 7a and 7b that are communicated with the first and the second liquid chambers 8a and 8b respectively and an inner flow passage 7c that communicates the two connection ports 7a and 7b with each other.</p> |
