<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a thiourethane resin optical lens, being produced by cast-molding of an optical polymerizable composition, which has reduced defects such as white turbidity and air bubbles in the cast-molded lens and has excellent yield.SOLUTION: When the optical polymerizable composition is cast-molded, a pump, particularly a roller pump is used without using the conventional nitrogen pressurizing method so that the thiourethane resin optical lens, which has reduced defects such as white turbidity and air bubbles and has excellent yield, is produced. The optical polymerizable composition is selected from the group consisting of isocyanate compounds and sulfur atom-containing isocyanate compounds.</p> |
