PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective layer thermal transfer sheet capable of obtaining an excellent mat feeling by closely forming irregularities having different shapes on a surface of a printed matter.SOLUTION: A protective layer thermal transfer sheet 10 includes a base material 1, a mat layer 3 formed on one surface of the base material 1, and a thermally transferable protective layer 4 laminated on the mat layer 3. The mat layer 3 contains filler obtained by combining two or more kinds of filler having different forms, the combination of the two or more kinds of filler having different forms is formed by combining first filler 5 and second filler 6. The ratio of the first filler 5 and the second filler 6 to the entire filler is 10 mass% or more, respectively. |
