PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control device capable of achieving both safety and convenience during use of a vehicle in a well-balanced manner.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, a vehicle control device includes a safe-state determination unit determining whether a vehicle is in a safe state. The vehicle starts into a drivable state in response to a user's start-up command, and a driving operation allowed for the vehicle is limited if the safe-state determination unit determines that a state of the vehicle is not the safe state. |
