PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a success rate of transmitting an RLC-status-report when "distributed RLCs" is applied.SOLUTION: In a mobile communication system according to the present invention, a radio base station MeNB transmits all RLC-status reports for an uplink data signal from a mobile station UE to the mobile station if "inter-eNB CA" is performed.
