PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper-lower layer connecting member that enables a building having a different structure to be built as a floor above a lower layer floor of a heavy steel structure.SOLUTION: An upper-lower layer connecting member 1 is used to connect a lower layer floor constructed in a heavy steel method and an upper layer floor constructed above the lower layer floor in a different method from the lower layer floor. A plurality of upper-lower layer connecting members are formed in a frame shape and connected to a beam H of the lower layer floor, and serves as a fitting base for the structure of the upper layer floor.
