PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comprehensive indexing calculation technique for calculating the O2 gas yield based on photosynthesis operation using solar panels, and provide a system capable of simply calculating a frame of the carbon dioxide emission.SOLUTION: When receiving sales application from land owners, equipment owners, and various institutions, at least two or more kinds from among evaluation items (total area of solar panels, performance and type, weather of an installation location, an installation angle and direction, a temperature of a panel plate, an aging degree of degradation, conversion equipment performance and capability, a situation of a cubicle and a current collection box, latitude, longitude and altitude of the installation location, presence or absence of disconnection, a cooperation access in an emergency, and a management situation/a management system, etc.) are used as input, and O2 gas production by the panels in an installation location to be evaluated is calculated. The CO2 gas is assumed as a power generation frame amount, and converted and stored. Alternatively, a necessary CO2 gas absorption amount of an emission credit frame purchase applicant is matched with the factor production of the comprehensive total of evaluation items A-N, and the frame trading is established when determined that seller and buyer conditions are met. |
